Creative Approvals - How to Post a Comment

You can leave comments directly on your creative to share feedback, ask questions, or request changes. Here’s how:

1. Open your creative in Preview mode.

2. In the right-sidebar, find the Comments section and click “Add comment”.

3. Place a pin/drop point where on the creative you want to comment.

4. A comment box will appear. There you can:

   • Type your message.

   • Choose whether the comment is visible to everyone (Public) or to designers only.

   • Attach a file if needed (up to 10 MB).

5. Click Post to submit the comment.

After You Comment

• Every comment leaves a pinpoint marker on the design so you can see exactly where feedback was placed.

• You can show or hide these pinpoints in the sidebar if you prefer a cleaner view.

• Use the drop-down in the comments panel to filter by Resolved, Unresolved, or Your comments so you can track what still needs attention.

• You’ll also have email notifications if someone replies to or adds comments on a design you’re involved with (you can turn these on/off in your account settings).
